A home resolved around the site.
We build a limited number of one-off homes where orientation, slope, access and how the family lives deserve more than a standard plan.
The difficult parts, brought forward.
Buildability is not a late-stage check. We work with the design team while access, structure, selections and cost can still be reconciled.
Site and access
Slope, vehicle movement, retaining, services, vegetation and staging are considered before the plan becomes precious.
Design collaboration
Bring your architect or designer, or ask us to assemble an appropriate consultant team. Either way, build knowledge stays in the room.
Cost alignment
Major systems, allowances and site risks are tested progressively so the documented home and the build budget do not drift apart.
Construction rhythm
A named site lead, weekly written update and documented decisions keep the work legible after the drawings leave the office.
“Custom” should describe how the home responds—not how unpredictable the process feels.Ridge & Rafter working principle / fictional
A reliable price needs a resolved brief.
One-off homes with meaningful site, design or consultant coordination. This fictional band is a conversation aid, not a quote.
- Project-fit call and site/scope session
- Survey, planning and consultant pathway
- Design and buildability reviews
- Selections, allowances and documentation
- Construction pricing and contract review
*Fictional demonstration band. A real site must state GST, site works, professional fees, approvals and other exclusions.
A site address, survey or sales listing is enough for an initial fit conversation.
