How we build

Clarity is a construction activity.

Six stages make the unknowns, decisions and responsibilities visible before they become site problems.

01
Fit

Project-fit call

A focused 20-minute conversation about project type, location, current information, timing and investment expectations.

You leave with
  • A clear fit or respectful no-fit answer
  • The right next step for your current stage
  • A short list of useful information to gather

No construction quote is produced at this stage.

02
Investigate

Site & Scope Session

A paid feasibility engagement that examines the property, brief, constraints and likely consultant pathway.

You leave with
  • 90-minute site meeting
  • Initial risk and opportunity register
  • High-level scope and recommended next phase
  • Written follow-up summary
03
Resolve

Design + feasibility

The brief, survey, planning, engineering and design work progress together with buildability and budget checkpoints.

Working controls
  • Design milestone reviews
  • Buildability input before documentation closes
  • Selections and allowance register
  • Decision dates tied to programme
04
Commit

Price + prepare

The construction scope, inclusions, exclusions, allowances, programme and responsibilities are assembled for review.

Before signing
  • Written scope and construction documentation
  • Contract price or clearly defined pricing model
  • Allowance and exclusion schedule
  • Approvals and insurance pathway

Contract terms require project-specific legal and regulatory review.

05
Build

Site rhythm

One site lead, planned client decisions and a written weekly update keep progress legible.

Weekly update
  • Work completed and coming next
  • Programme and weather notes
  • Required decisions
  • Variations and open items
  • Photographic record of key work
06
Complete

Organised handover

Practical completion is treated as a transition, not a key exchange and a box of loose paperwork.

Handover set
  • Walkthrough and practical completion process
  • Manuals, warranties and key contacts
  • Maintenance priorities
  • Defects reporting and follow-up route
The build begins when the information starts—not when the excavator arrives.
